Questions regarding reservoir pad printers.

Hi, I hope this is the correct place to ask about this. If not, my apologies.


I recently purchased a small manual single-colour reservoir printer and have been considering making a few prints using it. I wanted to ask what type of plates are best/can be used for this method of printing. Can silicone cliches work, or does it require a different type of plate?
Also is there anything I should know before starting out?
