Questioning the ink im using can anybody help?

So I have been using a company's ink called prime printer services. I have Questioned this ink for awhile now. They get their ink private label from a company call Primer ink systems. Does any body know anything about these guys any reviews? I can only print in one mode with this ink which is low cure heavy smoothing which takes up alot of time and ink. I've seen other vuteks like mine run great but not mine the ink is the only variable. I also received a bag of ink from them which the date read 2 1/2 years ago, their response was that is was the date of when the bag was made, now im getting alot of deflection and banding. I have searched everywhere for any reviews and i can't find any. Does anybody out their have any insight to this ink?
