We switch on the machine and after the rise up of the machine, appears the message
"Malfunction: Safety circuit (MAG)"
and in feeder indicator shows 15 error code.
The red indicator lights on and the counter. All the other functions are off, and in SLK board
in central control box 3 LEDs lights on (H11, Η12, Η1).
If open delivery guard or any guard side frame or any protection grid, it appears the message
"Motor initialization error (MAG)" and "Malfunction: Main drive (MAG)"
If you open the delivery guard lights on the functions PAPER ON, AIR ON and CONTROL PANEL SELECTION
but you cannot lock the panel selection. If you open any protection grid of any PU lights the corresponding
control panel selection but you cannot lock it. Only the air in the sheet feeder working. The pile up or down not
working so the same in feeder and never blinking the washup blade on-off and inking form rollers on-off.
We check all the guards of the machine and working correct the messages appears also check and from
input -output and seems correct.
We also check in central control box the boards SLM-1, SLM2, LTM 100, HRK 3, TTK, KVT1,
FFK, SLK, ZTK, MRK, EAM, MOT, MWE, TSK, NTM3, NTM2, GSM, and measure in one GRM board 25 Volts
and in other 49 volts. Also we check the power suply unit of DI +5V, 36V, +12V and -12V and are correct.
The first and central message we thought that is "Malfunction: Safety circuit" and the 3 LED'S (the two of theme
shows the problem) in SLK board.
We wiill be gratefull if anyone can help any more.
