Qmdi pro Error 11

We installed the QmdiPro “successfully”
We imaged the job, then the feeder pile would not rise as it says “pile at top”
Limit switch... we swapped out limit switch, no dice. We swapped out triangular feeder board, same error. This error was not there prior to us trying to use the feeder pile.
Could the sheet detectors be mucked with dirt and thinking the pile is at the top? Lost!
