QMDI Classic - Print Button (green) not ready (ON)

Hi!

We have an issue with a QMDI Classic - the press turns on perfectly but the PRINT BUTTON (green / front and back) does not turn on (green LED).

Pressure is normal 8-9 bar, we have checked for leaks and activated the cylinders manually (SF56) and everything is OK!

The feeder is working fine, the machine runs (without printing) and passes paper perfectly. We moved the compressor to another QMDI Classic and the same problem appeared (print button does not get activated) - this action got us confused because we are assuming that all the "press logic" (boards) should be working properly.

NOTE: No errors are reported on the main panel.

Does anybody have any idea what may be wrong with this QMDI.

This may sound rudimentary, but did you put a count in as to how many sheets you want to print?
