Can't image or spool plates Had initial problem of blue screen with flashing cursor in bottom. Corner. Replaced SVK board and got into press control screen but lost mouse So altered MS DOs settings until it worked

Error message when trying to make plates or spool them is TFLT and Errormessage in special functions screen is-FUSEFLT=FALSE. -OVRCURRENT = FALSE on all 4 units Have checked 5 volt and 36 volt which are ok. Have tried new 5v and 36v boards in still same fault have also put new main power box in as well still same fault

Restored hard disc to date prior to fault and still same

Could it be the monoitoring of voltage and current is faulty and if so what does it

on Heidelberg test diagnostic cannot detect any of the boards

    Any Ideas Please

First problem was the hard drive, which is now resolved.
Second problem was the console turning off Blowers on, which has been resolved by fitting a new SVK pcb.

    Third problem pictures below:

    Pictures showing the fault.
    Power supply 5Vdc & 36Vdc & tested and working.

The problem is definitely related to the 5v/36v power supply when this error comes up. Somewhere the Laser Drive Modules are not getting the voltage. I have seen this when the fuse on the power supply is blown.

Paul, on a different note. We have an error message this morning SF 15-11 on our QMDI Plus the manual does not show this error. Says CMOS keyboard battery is low? Hit F1 for setup or F2 for default settings, neither does anything

Ron, not seen 15-11 but could be due to CMOS battery error. As to the keyboard. A number of things to consider : (a) Interface between the keyboard and PC you're best checking the keyboard works by entering DI Dos screen via the KeyBoard then testing the keyboards buttons F2 & F1.

Is your DI down? Or still running ( working ) ???

i have the same issue. it is not my power supply. i wanted to reply to the post to see if you ever got your issue resolved and see if you could help me to fix my press. I am having the exact same issue.. TFLT error. All 4 units, but my supply is fine.

    sorry for the delay.

I managed to fix the problem in the end. I found 5 volt DC to pcb faulty. Correct the problem and press was back up and running..

Have you still got the same problem too :)
