Hello everyone ... i have a strange issue.
I am printing 4 color job, first two colors registration perfect. than i put the other two colors and the first print is perfect , registration perfect but all the others that come out are starting to move in contrary direction of paper movement.
**i must say that i dont have movement left/right , i just have movement just backwards... i dont unedrstand how? like something is going in delay?

help would be appreciated.

Revera, grease the imp cyl zirk (green),zirk is in imp cyl gear O.S. use small silver grease gun (push style with a light to med tac grease, not a heavy grease. move circumfrencial register adj and grease again. If it has been a while between greasing, move circum and grease again. When you are trying to register a job, always make your last move on circumfrencial forward (clockwise) this will help with any wear or gear lash. If you need to move circum back, move it too far, then come forward

  • Hmm , i found two green zirks only on the D.S. (drive side)? on O.S. i cant find them ... just for safety i greased those two on D.S.

I am not sure what zirks you found. On the imp cyl there is only 1 green zirk. Operator side of cylinder, between cyl drive gear teeth and cyl surface. Usually it is so dirty, you don't know it is there. You have called me in the past, so if you need help just call.
