qm46 plate clamp

qm46 two color has atomatic plate load,the first head loads plate but does not clamp tale i can clamp it manuly and it will eject like normal. Is there an ajustment to open tale clamp more ?

is the problem present in all 2 cylinders or just one ?
does it open halfway or not open at all?
any pneumatic action (air noise) can be heard while the point it should be opened?
I suggest you to open the covers and check the air solenoid visually for any abnormal action..

clamp works on pu 2 , on frount unit the clamp will open when you eject the plate, it wont clamp tale when loading plate.
