QM46 information

old school 52

I have been asked to learn a older QM46 in the plant where I work. I believe it an early 1990'S model and it has not been taken care of and in sad shape. I have a manual and found a training video on line but they really do not explain the sequence of entering a job and weather you have to use the Special functions button to do so.
Any help will be appreciated
