QM DI plate washup device

When we tell the press to do a plate washup, by pushing the button twice. The press starts the washup process but after a few revolotions, the press stops and gives a feeder issue?
Any Ideas as to what might cause this?

I haven't seen this issue before on the QM46-4.
I will need a little more info about your machine. Which generation is your QM?
Is there any indication on the screen as to which error you have on the feeder?
