I have a unique problem relating to compressor.
Firstly the Thermal relay is tripping frequently in the board below containing fuses etc. I have to manually reset it every now and then.
Second thing is air is not filling in storage tank. Solenoid coil Y25 seems to be on (may be closing the valve)

How to overcome these problems, Any one please advise. Thanks in advance

    Hi sir:

Please review: 11-05: Pressure control device of pneumatic system (S24).

As soon as a pressure of 8 bars is reached, the
    pressure switch closes.

If the pressure drops below 6 bars, a corresponding
message is signaled to the electronic press control.

Clean it, and replace any part faulty, seals, loose parts, dirty, clogged.

I am getting error 11-05. The air is coming out the solenoid valve Y19 it doesnt seem to close.

When I manually cover it exit valve, the motor stops once it reaches the green mark and press seems to work normally. I havent tried printing.

I am testing this electric box but not sure how many volts should i be reading.

Testing the connection box with a multimeter we blew something, the press turns on as usual but the pump is not turning on.
    I have checked fuses F4, F5,F6,F7,F8, F9.

Also pressed fuse F1 and F3

Where else do I need to check?

    Thanks

    Hi sir:

Reset the thermic protector F1+F3 very well, and tight very well all the wires from them, they are thermical devices, that disconnect the devices for protect.

However, they small adjusting for Amps, with small screwdriver adjusting in clockwise direction to the max, disconnect the wires of PUMP and measure, if there are Voltage, in the output connect the PUMP, and see if is running, IF not the pump motor is the problem....!!!! . And reset very the Red button or Green, and then measure the output Voltage with the DMM, if there 220Vca, or 380Vca or 400Vca, whatever voltage you are using according with the ID plate of the Pump. O.k ???

    Let me know.

Hello Chock, I have checked again the F1 and F3, pressed them both several times. Also check again all fuses on board HVK. Checked the pump connecting directly and it works.

I am not getting any voltage to junction box lines N and L that come from the HVK board. Is there anything else to reset?

No , I believe problem is electronic board HVK.

If you Reset very well the motor protector, and you see is ok, with the DMM, testing the contacts, and look ok? , replace HVK!!

Ok , will send the board to an electronic to check. Could there also be another board that is faulty?

specifically that control magnetic switches Y25 and Y19, and also pneumatic controllers S24 and S27.

    Thanks in advance

Tested for continuity on F1 and F3.

Im am NOT getting continuity on F3, but F1 is working showing ok, can I put a temporary bridge for a few seconds to see if the motor turns on .. or is it dangerous and could break something else.

Then if F1 is testing good. and from the wiring diagram. F1 is the Motor. Why isnt it working??

F3 is the compresor, I guess the compressor valve controllers.

No only check that electronic board,

For y25+Y19+s24+S27; Test +24Vdc, for Pneumatic Solenoids

    Blessing
