    Possible hard drive failure.

Thanks, but the hard drive seems to be good.
After that screen, all the software system seems to work, but doesn't send the commands to press.
    ¿any other ideas?

Am I to understand correctly that you are able to work in the GUI yet none of the commands operate the press? In other words you can you can go through different screens, Job Selection, Ink Keys, Imaging, etc. yet none are able to make anything work on the press?

There is a plug that goes from the EISA board in the DI side of the cabinet (Under the Big Gold Power Supply box.) to the ZTK board in the Press Control side of the cabinet. This cable maybe disconnected or the EISA board has gone bad.

The EISA board takes the commands from the GUI and sends them to the ZTK board when it needs the press to do something.

    Thanks.
EISA card out 2 cables (with DB9 connector) to the cabinet on the right, the two are connected and have continuity. I also tried changing EISA slot, but the same result.
On the ZTK card is a blinking LED. Does that indicate a problem?
