QM 46-2 Registration issue

Good afternoon.
Does anyone know why a Heidelberg QM46-2 machine has a registration problem when trying to register one color over another?

Good morning David, If you are referring to registration between the 2 color units on the press, the only thing that would cause a problem would be a loose blanket, or an over- packed blanket that could pull a plate out of the clamps from too much pressure. Otherwise, colors should register perfectly. Problem could be in plate making, be sure to use metal only, not poly plates as they can stretch easily

Hello, good afternoon.
The registration failure is between one color unit and the other.

But what you're seeing is that the vertical position adjustment knob on the second unit reaches the maximum, and yet it still can't register one color unit with the other.

So I don't know why the machine suddenly failed.
