QM 46-2 Help anyone

My PU1 is not aligning with the plate feeder it seems like its off position by about 2-3 inches when I try to move it manually the clamp closes and I can't fit my plate in. The PU2 works fine .
Any help at all on this would be grateful. Thanks

Hi sir:

I recommend you, to see the operation for Pneumatic Cylinder Y6 in PU1 ,will work like the PU2, see if the mechanism is Good, or loose the pipes or, leak in the cylinder, or dirty in the swin lever, and lack of lube in any chain of movement of autoplate.

Hope this is problem using the auto plate, since you are mention clamp close manually and I you can not fit the plate in PU1, right?
