PVC card making procedure



You can start PVC card making with your PC and one general inkjet printer.

1)Mirror-print the image on the printing material (printable sheet),dry the ink completely (5-10minutes)

2)Remove the protection film on the middle material(hard cover) ,put the printed material right on both sides of the middle material, then pass the laminator (Temperature around 150-180 C)

3)Cut the laminated sheet into standard card,remove the protection film from the surface of the card.

4)If you want to make embossed numbers on the PVC card ,like credit card, use the embosser machine and hot foil stamping machine to make a embossed number card.
