Production planning/scheduling - what do you guys use?

Hi Everyone!

First post here!

Our company is just implementing a new MIS system - Tharstern.

I am particularly interested in the Tharstern Production Planning module.

What do you guys use to schedule jobs, and plan print production, on a day to day basis?

Do you use software, a whiteboard, or some other method?

Do you guys have dedicated Production Managers?

Any information appreciated!
