Problems with RIP dongle (QM46 DI+)

    Hello,

    The RIP dongle (delta 7.5) used for my QM46 DI have intermittent problems of connection.
    I am looking a way to replace it or maybe the entire RIP,
    Any help would be appreciated,

    Is your "intermittent" connection problem between the RIP and the QMDI or is related with the Delta "Services"? Please specify? We may help!
