I work for a wide format media distributor and we recently launched an online store. I was hoping to get some feed back from printers. My questions are pretty simple:

Do you purchase any wide format media online?
-If so do you think you could give me a percentage?

If so what makes you chose a specific online store? Selection, price, quality?

What would you, as a printer, like to see in an online store? high quality, free shipping, printer profiles for media?

And input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Selection is key - I can't order it if your store doesn't have it.
Next, I often find myself ordering paper from online stores that offer free shipping on orders over a minimum order amount.
I'd rather order more paper than I immediately need and keep it in my stock than pay a high price for shipping which I find a turnoff.
