Problems of Komori S228P

There is a problem of not aligning markings between two units. So two colors are not same aligned. Please, give me solution for that.

Is the machine recently installed?
Try to adjust the Level of machine,
how is the floor where the machine is installed? good , regular?
otherwise register problem or fracture can be done

If it is a problem of alignment vertically (from gripper to tail, bottom of sheet to top of sheet) it may be a "printing length" issue, and might be corrected by adjusting thicknesses of blanket packing.
