Problem with UVM 4

Hello everyone. I have a issue with the UVM 00.781.3856 board for the inverter of the main motor. The problem started when the 3 zener diodes burned out when the brake relay is off for some reason. When the brake is manual moved the relay is functioning without issue. But when the motor is started from the comand control after 3 rotations the relay clicks and the zener diodes burn again... Any help is usefull. Sorry for my bad english.

check break ressort and dirty ,remove, clean it and try again if the probleme dont be done , change the break

 

The break is OK .. there is no - 48V from the transistor and this is the problem from burning the diodes. The problem is from the UVM PCB. All the voltages are OK but some signal is not going to the BUZ21 transistor on the UVM board.

 

Olease share with me the error message on your cp2000 and what the machine's name

 

Hello Adil, these are the messages that appear on the PC. But I put manual contactor for the brake and it works but the contacor is damaged , so my thougts are that it pulls a lot off amps. If you suggest on something I am all ears.

 

Please send me screen error message ,
And try to check the breakmechanical parts , remove clean and check springs

for the ssk 1m2 error it is not a big problem, there is a 1m2 motor which is blocked you can easily find it in the location diagram in the first group.
concerning the brake problem you must ensure that there is no blockage in the brake and then check the BAM card

 

Well a little update. We rewinded the brake of the main motor so that now the zener diodes are not burning anymore. But the messages still appear on the screen and machine wont start. :S
