Problem with the system for washing the rubber on a qmdi.

Hello everyone,
Can someone help me regarding the system configuration for washing tires (blanket washup device) on qmdi classic?

I try to configure the system and can not be set that after washing tires stay dry?

Since I bought a second hand machine I am afraid that the rollers are below the minimum measures.

Does anyone know which factory initial diameter of the cylinder for washing roller (washup roller) and drive roller (drive gear)?

Also if someone can tell me what the hardness of this rubber roller?

I am reaching way back in the memory banks here but I think the O.D. was supposed to be 54mm. I do not know the durometer.

Contact your local Bottcher roller supplier and they will be able to replace the rollers for you. They are reasonably cheap on an exchange basis.
