Problem with safey relays

Hi i have a sakurai 458 EPII 4color press, randomly it will stop or take a while
to start up. Message on the console say safety relay free.
it will stop but have the power, i push the reser buttom to restart, sometime it will start
right away, sometime it will take 20 minutes (push the reset nothing happens)
I already changed the safety relay with a new but still doing it (this safety relay control E-stops)
checked all e-stop no problem.
his problem is driving me crazy, hoping i have an answer here.

Please follow this steps:

1) test the input block 200-240Vca ( input ) +output +24VdC , This is called input/output Power supply, can be defective, open , clean it, and look, for dry+colder joint solder, or loose wires, or defective. the output can be tolerance in 5% up or down.

2)test the module SNSDV( sensor voltage)

2a) test the module CRQE , for input and output,

3) This module can be give trouble, with the safety relay
