    I have a problem with the 92x polar guillotine: the comb(?) does not position itself. It gives an impulse error on the screen. Checking the variator it has an F1 error; it is lenze (?)

    Send me a picture on the screen to know exactly the error and what it is.

    Hi sir:

    The first thing is you must do

    1) Reset the Main Board Cpu, has small Black Button. !!!

    2) Test the power supply +5+12++9 +24Vdc ,etc in tolerance in Regulated Power supply tolerance must be 0.7 % up or down.

    See of loose cables, connector, pins bent, clean VERY WELL for oil, dirty, grease, broker wires, and test again.

    Hello, good morning, I have not yet repaired it. I have attached photos with the error that the variator shows me, on the screen of the guillotine it only tells me that it has no pulses, the brake does deactivate but the motor does not turn

    My question if you did everything you indicated previously?

    However, you must adjust the proximity switch B341 under the table.

    Bridge the PINS in connector ESV ; 2-3 for measure signal, LED must be ON.

    1=+24Vdc
    2=Signal
    3=0V
    However, test the steps before

    Yes, the voltages are present, when trying to move the comb or the square with a rake, it throws the error of lack of pulses but it is because the motor does not move, the drive has error F1 on the screen

    I believe that you are NOT following the steps, if the Voltages are in Tolerance, and if you did the bridge in the connector ESV, as I did indicated you before

    However do this<
    1) in the inverter look , if the terminals R +S+ T are Input for 220Vca, or 380Vca, or whatever voltage , that use the machine

    2) If there are in R +S+T , measure the U+V+W out put terminal for the Backgauge motor???? if do NOT have, and the backgauge, does NOT move, Reset the Overload switch for backgauge motor, and look if the brake is ON, for to liberate the motor. ?

    Otherwise, you must introduce again the Parameters in the Inverter LENZE.

    Good luck
