problem with ink levels on Komori Lithrone 426

Hi. Not sure what subject to put this in but our 4th unit on our komori will run fine (i think) but when the run stops there is loads of ink on the rollers of the 4th unit. we run the yellow at 0.90 and it stays level but if we stop and start again its up to about 1.40. if we sheet off and run again its fine but obviously this is a pain on big runs where we are stopping and starting after loading paper. rollers are all set fine and cant see any other problems. any advice would be wonderful as we have a big job coming up. thanks

Adjust your roller nips and run minimum water. What is the pH and conductivity of your fountain solution?
