problem with 1 color offset

hello there..
i have problem.. i need to try get in working condition old Solna 125.
i have problem with horizontal lines on print..
new dampening roller cover, new blanket.. lot of adjustment of pressure betwen cylinders.. pressure of roller on plate, pressure of dampening roller
changing the thickness below plate and blanket.. and lines is still there.. always on same place.. and when turn the blanket..

have someone idea? i need help.. please..

have you pulled out a form roller and rotate the position of the roller 1/4 turn and put back in press. look to see if the image dark spots move. I would check rollers one at a time. If the dark spots move , the roller may have a flat spot or two on it. Also check for end-play on any oscillator rollers. excessive play will cause this problem as well.

big blanket roller have about3-4 cm space to move (rotate) .. lock first pics..
big plate roller have 2,5cm space to move. see secund pics where is mesure plate..
oscillator roller is fixed.. don't have anything to move.. onli pressure off all moving roller to the plate.. but i don't see this problem on plate.. on blanket yes..
whatever i move, dark spots are on strictly same place..

Looks a bit like a shock line from ocillator roller, have you checked form to ocillator presure?
