    Hi sir:
Look 1) for leaking air hoses, loose clamp, dirty in hoses, or replace in the 4 units, as show in theDisplay

    2) However i am supposing , that you have unit AirStar?, if that is the case, look for air distributor Pipes in 4 units, and look for Leak air +dirty , clogged pipes Repair or replace it.

    3) If do not have AirStar, for air distribution, look any way, in the same way, as I did indicated in the #2 Step.

    Let me know.

It could be one of the axial fans underneath the transfer guide plates which supply the sheet travel air in between units.

To check turn on compressor, which will turn the fans on too, lift the floorboard in between unit 4 & 5 and feel over all the guide plates for air supply. On a press that size I'm guessing there'll be 4 fans on each section, so 8 in total. The fans are fixed to the underside of the guide plates.

Failing that, there should be a bank of axial fans in front of unit 4, running across the unit. Lift the floorboard up in between unit 3 & 4 and you should see them where the sheet goes into unit 4. These fans will stop when you lift the floorboard but you'll still have enough time to see if they're working as they slow down. (Can't quite remember but I think these fans may only operate when the stock entered is above 22 microns, so enter a thicker stock or just turn them on manually via the console)

I have seen faults similar to this where the fan is just out of tolerance, but still working and H'berg just advise to leave until the next service.

Hope this helps, although I've never ran a CX so this may all be complete baloney :)

    Hi sir .
under the foot step on the service side you will find an air flow adjustment valve, check if it is blocked also clean the sheet guide plate under the transfer drum and check the working status of the fans under the dampening tray between the printing groups.
    Good luck
