Problem in ZRM

You can do it, with carefully using some experienced Electronic Tech or Engineer, if the person does NOT have the training is better call someone for to execute this king of Reset.

if you have a Reset Button in the electronic board is the same , this procedure has been done around the world, by dozens of my friends. Sorry if you are NOT familiar, or skill with this Electronic Trick tech.

By other side i do not believe that all Memembers, are familiar with Electronic High Tech, they use some electronic tech or Engineer in order to fix it.

i have problem with SM74-2p years 2000
the machine can not boot the system .the diaplay show heidelberg logo...can anyone helpe me.

But problem found with NTM1 card.
Card faulty exchange with another machine for checking purpose.

my schematic for Reset any CPU, only need to search in Google, Yahoo, or Bing, etc.

the pins Schematic according to the number of CPU: make a bridge between : RST(reset)+GND(Ground) .
Of course you must sure the :

1) Vcc ( power supply of CPU ) + 2) CLK( Mhz) are o.k, otherwise the Cpu is faulty.

Hi sir. I changed the zsk2 board. It is working normally; everything is ok but when we want to change from straight to perfecting, it gives error clamping mechanism icon... please help me

This error message indicates insufficient hydraolic oil. Did you test 30 and 87 bar sensors on hydraolic supply. Actuate the pump manually and check input status of B37. You need to check if the clamps are released.
