Yeah, if there's 8 motors and none function, it's something with the power supply or the power circuit.
One motor that drives the whole train, I would replace this single motor. Nothing lasts forever, it's probably just burnt out.

I think he have a problem in CPC. Looks like a SM74 4 colours . 8 motors? It seems lateral and circumferential registers doesn't work.... But without information from him... we can't help.
