problem in record/load floppy setup data

    hi friends. we have to komori machine one of ls 29 perfect 8 color and another one is littron 40 to both of them i have problem in record or lade data ant set up setting in system.i can not give floppy back up data to machine because floppy drive can not read/write floppy diskette data and give error.can you help me to solve this problem?
