Printmaster Error

We are getting errors when running the machine, the wrench lights up few seconds then turns off.

On SF 56 we getting error 15-10 and also once we got 15-03. Then after a few seconds they disappear.

What can the issue be?

 

So starting the press again this morning.

• Switch on the press, everything is normal
• Start running the machine
• Press print button and starts printing normal
• Switch stop, wrench lights up then turns off, cant see any errors on sf56

Why is this problem intermittent? Maybe some greasing or sensor needs cleaning?

Hello, yes sorry its the printmaster 46-2

 

And also error 15-01. I dont have a photo of this.
These errors are intermittent, sometimes press works then stops.

you have a problem with the encoder system, sometimes the travel limitation is exceeded in slow speed mode and sometimes the acceleration behavior is incorrect, you must check the ids control cable or replace the encoder
