Printmaster 74, 2 color, 2015

What would be the problem automatic washup programme will not kick in.
Everything will switch on manually but not when in Automatic mode.
Machine is an Ecocolor
Why would they not be washing clean..
As soon as they get a little damp they will not turn.
I have checked pressure on rollers and they seem fine.Both units doing same thing.

Did you change your press wash,is to much wash going on to the rollers.

 

Did not change it no but with the automatic wash not working maybe I am switching to much liquid unto rollers.

 

What would be keeping it from going into Auto wash?
It will sit and turnover but not kick I to auto wash.
Any idea what might be the problem

 

check the condition of the rollers they must not be glazed.
for automatic mode make sure that you have correctly set up the printing plate

 

The rollers are not long new and have been checked.
The printing plate has been set up correctly but still will not go into auto mode for washup
