    Hello. Pneumatics Compressor will not shut off on initial reboot, or at all.
    First, there are NO leaks.
    I have replaced S27 and S24 from 'parts presses' - still the same result.
    Displays Fault 11-05 - which is S24 error. If I disconnect S24 this error cancels, and machine will run.
    Compressor continues running and dial will just keep going higher and higher , but I start getting nervous and power down before the 10 Bar valve blows ...
    Since the replacement valves came from decommissioned presses, what are the chances they are all faulty as well?

    How do I confirm that these valves S24 and S27 are working, both pneumatically and electrically?
    I need some advice on troubleshooting this issue in a major way ! Thanks.

    Does the problem only occur on startup?
    Remove the casings from the groups and make sure that there are no leaks at the level of the control cylinders or at the compressed air distributor block.
    To test the compressor close the outlet valve to the groups and wait for the compressor to fill if it reaches 10 br this means that you have a leak in the pneumatic control if it does not reach 10 bar then you have a problem with the vacuum compressor, it must be serviced (filter replacement + non-return valve + check the oil level + check the piston and the valves)

    So you continue the diagnosis that I gave, it may be a problem with the compressor, (close the valve and wait for the filling if the pressure does not reach 10 bars you must check the points that I mentioned)

    @Impodave
    Anyway, there must be a pressostat on the compressor - a device that turns off the electric motor when the required pressure is reached. If we are talking about a piston or screw compressor with a working pressure up to 7-11 bar. The upper pressure limit and the setpoint must be indicated on the nameplate or in the documentation. You can try to lower the upper threshold of the pressostat to 7 bar. Also check the pneumatic shut-off cylinder and the contact group of the pressostat.

    After talking with a technician in Chicago, it turned out something was wrong with the regulator. We swapped out one from a parts press we had on hand. Shut off properly. No errors ! Thank you, gentlemen.
