printing with UV inks on conventional dampening machines

Hi all
I need help to run a UV printing job on a metalized card.
i am facing problems of scumming.
when i start a job and apply ink to the plate, the whole plate is covered in ink ( image and Non-image area, Both). and it won't clean.
i have a maintained a balanced fountain solution of pH 4.5-5.0
i am sagawa UV inks.
i baked the plates.

Would you like to Share Machine Info? And for UV Inks you have to mix IPA in Damening Solution
