Printing with a Matte Finish on a Canon 5051 with Fiery

What settings would I need to adjust in order to obtain a matte finish instead of a glossy finish? I am using a new Canon c5051 with a Fiery. I will be using heavier stock with it as well. I have printed samples and they keep coming out glossy. I previously had been using a Canon 4080 with Fiery and had no issues with the producing a matte finish.
