Printing quality problem with ryobi 3302h

Hi,
We finished a job last night and it printed fine but today when we started machine after clean up second unit is not printing evenly. First unit is working fine but on second unit prints are coming white out. on operator side printing is fine but on non operator side print is very bad. We are printing with polyester plates. Please help us.

I manuals of this machine from your website. For parts we depend on our dealers. Recently our dealer imported some rollers from USA for us. It takes long time and costs us production time but we have no choice because no one in India keeps press parts in stock.
