Printing on Yupo Plastic paper

Does any one know where I can source Hard drying inks for use on Hberg DI also need Fluorescent Yellow Preferably Hard Drying This is so can print onto YUPO paper and get ink to dry and adhere to it.

HI couple of time we print in vinyl and in window cling (like a transparent vinyl) and we use superior ink without mixing anything, and he dry very fast.
in usa that ink sold us heidelberg and main superior ink company

 

Can this be used for T-shirts ?
I need this for large runs a shirtdesign.dk
It will need glue ofcourse, but I am worried about the temperature.
