Printing on to a Part ID Card. Need Help!

    Ok I'm trying to help out my uncle with his turbine engine company and currently he is getting these card made out for him. The problem we want to solve is currently he has to stamp or hand write out each card for each engine. Some engines can have more than 1000 card needed to label all the parts. What Im trying to figure out is if there is a template that I can use in MS Word or another program that I can just type in the info and place the cards into our printer at the shop and print the information on the cards and not have to manually do. The printer we currently are using does take the cards I've tested it out already. Please any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

    You can create a Word Doc with the blanks and import that into Acrobat Standard and create a form in pdf format that can be filled out with text blocks and sizes set by you so all look the same.
