Is anyone printing magnetic sheets on the 3550?

I am very close, but still a bit worried about my blanket temp., a few other things.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks!

Hi. I run a 5500 (which is almost the same as a 3550) and we have tried running Magnetic stock many times but it keeps jamming on the top of the stacker. The magnetism from the stock seems to be causing it for the simple reason that the stacker has mainly belts and a few rollers driving the paper as opposed to arms that push it along. You can try it and let me know if you find a solution for trying to get the paper into the delivery. The print however looks nice on it I can tell you that for sure.

I've done it on an Indigo S2000. the stock was called MagnaCote I think. The polarity of the sheets reverses from one sheet to the next in order to prevent your cylinder/etc. from becoming magnatized. It was a little troublesome, but worked pretty well.

    good luck1
