Hy, I have a serious problem in my workshop. I have 2 uv printers nocai with tx800 printhead. Every 30 days is necessary to change printheads because i have lost nozzle and print was not too clear. I print on transparent silicon phonecases and printhead die over 80 prints ( 60 x 40 cm full with white ink) Till now i change over 20 tx800 printheads. I try with original printheads from nocai, original uv ink from nocai ...same problems. Any idea ?
