Printer Using a Harris 110 Half Web or similar for 2C Products

Hello. I am not a printing expert but looking for a printer to produce a product line. Our printer went out of business and it appears plate making charges on FC presses are overkill for our 2C products. Help appreciated and feel free to reach out and will provide product line specs. Thanks
