Printer for Postcards or Cheap Company to Outsource To

I run a small postcard mailer business. I do pretty well when I have large orders but I get killed on short runs. Anything under 500. Any suggestions on a cheap variable trade printer specializing in short runs or a printer that could handle 14pt card stock short runs?
