Hi,
We have a flatbed printer which has 'test print' files preloaded. Some of these files are printable rulers to print onto the bed of the machine for reference.
We use a thin metal strip as a stop on the machine to butt the material up to and print this ruler on it.
Unfortunately an adhesion promoter we use has tainted this metal strip and now when the ruler is printed on it it's very difficult to see.
As these ruler files are factory installed on the machine I am unable to edit how they print, I need to be able to print them a different colour so we are able to see them.
Is there anywhere I can download these machine files (there are others I'd like to be able to edit as well). Or at least a downloadable ruler that I could use? I've tried google but haven't been able to file anything long enough, need one at 1250mm and one at 2500mm.
I can create my own in Illustrator but not sure how accurate that will be and don't really have the spare time to do it at the moment.
