Print group fault on SM52 Heidelberg

I have a problem with an SM52. I have a print group 3 fault, which I cannot clear to start the machine. The machine was suddenly stopped more than 8 months ago. And today it's fixed. But this defect remains. Can somebody help me please?

There is an offset between the grouping drum and the turning cylinder.
in addition to that you have a problem with the blocking flange of the grouping drum, check the flange control cylinder and remove the door between the groups to monitor the behavior of the flange when changing printing mode surely the flange does not hold the drum.

This is not init test or dyn test sir .
But like i told you :
You have a problem on the blocking flange of drum ( format adjustement claw)
Please do that :
_abort the command
_ repeat the changeover or sheet-length change
_check the pneumatique valve /pneumatics connections
_check the electeical connection to the pneumatique valve .

Check also if the sensor monitoring of claw is defective

 

When you cancel and want to change the length, the machine crashes. You have to turn everything off, wait a few minutes and restart.

I think that buying all this components is not necessary i think that you dont have a hydraulic issue your problem is on the claw pneumatic or electric control or perhaps desynchronisation between drum retournement and retournement cylinder
