two guys working on it today. we found the top relay stuck, just like the bottom one did way back when. NOW, they arent getting voltage INTO the relay. "yellow wire"

    very odd.

and yesterday, it tripped cb102 twice in succession, then stopped. presumably due to the stuck relay.

    HA!

turns out, on top of the coolant leak, and the stuck relay... the last guy in here, wired another relay wrong..... :/

we're in the green and rolling, now.

    :)

    Getting the same error randomly...

I couldn't find the switch to reset... a picture would be much appreciated.... Currently waiting on a tech.

I opened the EU door and it did color maintenance but won't run any jobs... welll.. maybe like a few sheets before it goes into cooling mode again

Okay weird... my iGen cooling error went away after I let it sit for an hour with the error on screen... Have been running a job for about 30 minutes now.

Maybe I jilted something while opening the doors enough times who knows.

    Cooling

The Freon pump probably overheated. You have to let the pump cool COMPLETELY down before the thermal reset will kick in.

Word of advice... to any users experiencing this problem... only do small batches... otherwise you'll be down for 1hr waiting [cool down]. (While waiting for a tech).

The machine went through an adjustment quality phase where it small magenta like crazy all over the sheets. Not sure if it's related to this... I assume it is.

Mine runs OK with the fan blowing into it. Assuming I keep my room cool enough. There's an ac vent blowing right at the fan. I ran like this off and on for almost 2 months :)

however, I wouldnt call any prints during any these runs "stellar" as I didnt bother with much color maintenance.....

here is my "makeshift environmental tent"

ugly, but it works. gotta protect the belt from the light. else you get pink shading like the sheet hanging on the front. :)

Supposedly this was fixed, BUt I'm assuming i have a continuation of this problem STILL.

Today, I come in xpe-13-5010 call service. checked all the normal stuff. filters water pump etc. noticed EU breaker tripped. so I flipped it back, as per usual.

HUGE sparks and a CLUNK. Scared me ****less -My hands are still shaking. Not even sure whats going on now. :/

    lol cargo...

yeah tech came in, did nothing. said give it a shot. then LEft it with communication errors. so reboot needed.

anger sharks were swimming. but it worked. so whatever.

Error came back next day, but breakers both on. reboot (full power cycle, all front breakers and psip)

    still running.

    wonder for how long. :)

umm.. no way I would let the tech leave without an answer if Genie
threw sparks at me in the morning

The only way this problem was fixed on my iGen was replacing the iGens aircon condenser.

You will need to see which aircon company is contracted with xerox to fix this. Lot of welding involved.

Xerox are not certified to fix this problem themselves.

Going strong now for many weeks since my condenser was replaced with the same error code.

Unless you have extreme temps in your region... good luck... Quality will be heavily compromised if this problem is not fixed on a serious note.

Its running, but I am not confident we've seen the last of this.

My turn to have this problem.

Noticed yesterday that the EU (seems to be the compressor motor for the AC) was cycling on and off in 5 second intervals, so that may be my main issue. Will post info as I get it.
