Prinect easy control

Hy!

Anyone had issues with prinect easy control? When measuring printing material color, it shows blue color.

All other calibrations up until this step are ok. Measuring system goes left/right, laser works, light on measuring system has been just changed also both data cables.

Basically, everything works, beside paper white measurement.

This paper is from Mars! Perhaps lens are dirty or scratched?

Please check the whiter reference position , if it s dirty or change if possible
Re-install alsothe Pantone and primary color standard
