Pressure of oli pump is low

Hi guys... i have a problem with the pressure of oil pump polar 115. the clamps and cutters don't work. I have already replacing the ring seal, changing the oil, removing air from the clamp and clutch. The solenoid has a voltage of +42vdc, but the pressure is still low. I need your advice, what i must to do? Thank you in advance.

Check Y27 and Y33.

Please make a video to see what happends , in general the polar pump are difficult to repair, sometimes it doesn't work.
But let me see if you can make a video

Hi sir:

Normally, when this happen is by 2 reasons:

1) Low Hydraulic oil: Refill.......... with the hydraulic oil, recommend by POLAR in USER MANUAL

2) After you refilled the recipient, you must BLEED very well !!!!!!!!!!!!! from air the complete system: clutch+ clamp, Working cylinder, and gear system, otherwise the machine, will give you the problem you are mentioned.

Of course you must sure that machine is NOT leaking inside.



By other side you do not mention, what Model POLAR 115 is?? CE. EL, EMC=SD-P ED?????????, since they have different system for bleeding the air....!!!!

Hi SIR:

You must adjust the BAR: in the following points:

115 : 17 bar Safety Pressure, adjust with Manometer that measure BARS
2) SEAL in pump is leaking, replace or repair
3) copper washer in piston housing defective !!
4) Bleeding in front the machine, where is locate the Hydraulic Block.

All measure with Manommeter in BARS;, PUTTING IN FRON OF MACHINE, Where is located the hydraulic block, you will see 2 steel ball, that you must pressure with your fingers, when you press the CUT BUTTON, until NOT AIR is coming.!!
Pressure for ; Clutch: 70 BARS
Clamp Pressure: Min: 30-34 bars Max; 100 bars
