Press won't run please help!!! perfector active homing operation failed

Running an HP Indigo 5500 and i'm getting an error;
"perfector active homing operation failed.
Status code 2 active homing failed. "
also

"Perfector passive homing failed.
Status code 3 Passive homing failed.

tried cleaning sensors and wire connections to the perfector unit. nothing seems to help.

Please help

 

I Think its perfector motor not working.
I have one of you need it contact me.

 

Bypass and open duplex conveyor.
Try to do simplex paper transport.
See if both perfectors are moving. If one moves and the other not. You need to replace the motor.

My tech figured out it was the perfector and replaced it.
I would not mind a spare motor in case it goes down again.

Hello I've Indigo 5500
but the Problem is there is a impression motor which is manually Functioning but
while Printing it's not Function I'm in very Hard Situation please help

 

You have quality engineers there at your site ..Let them work on it ...Hard time come and go ..But give valuable experience
