Press stops burning half way through cycle!

Hello,

Im having a problem on my QMDI Plus. Half way through the imaging cycle the press stops and displays an error that reads "Loss of burn enable on unit 1"

Im scratching my head on this one. Any advice?

now im just getting a halt error.. and its doing it while just idling for a while too... possibly loose chains? anyone know how to tighten them?

 

If the chains are loose try imaging at 10000rpm. It may help if they are not too loose though it will only be a matter of time before you have to replace them.

 

look in SF 62 for the error 12-06. It means sensor S25 (paper jam detection) is activated during imagining.
Reduction to 10k would help, but you will have to tension your chain, or if it's too much worn exchange it
in the next future.

Awesome thanks. I just tightened them up and we're good to go. That sf 62 is handy! I was sprinkling powder on the switch to see if it was contacting the grippers. sf 62 is way easier.
