Pqc problem in Lithrone press.

Hi,
The problem is of a L440 (estimated age 1984).
It has registerion controls without cocking.
Ink and water controls.
Job program (not being used).

The Lateral Registration does not work but it shows reading changes on console when registering from on press controls on delivery.

Any idea on what might be wrong?

What komori and type, is the your problem with the PQC
or only in the press??

Machine is komori Lithrone and problem is with pqc.
The lateral registeration from pqc doesn't work.
The cylinders don't move from pqc laterally.
Although the readings of lateral registration work.

since you Not indicated me what PQC you have
Pqc-4 dII, etc. it does not matter.
1) Test if the LED lit in the key of lateral R
2) if Not LED is lit, test with continuity with DMM for faulty and replace,
however try to clean it with isopropyl alcohol 100%(dryer fast)
3)test the connection underside if they are looses, desolder, or corroded, and repair or replace wires.
4)see if some Fuse or c.breaker are open, repair or replace test with DMM.
5)test aprox +10Vdc in terminal Swithc. with DMM.
