As I mentioned before, E17/18 then 013 is side lay error. E17 refers to operator side lay and E18 refers to gear side. E13 means there is a problem with it's respective servo drive. E08 usually refers to a thermal trip, overload you reset by pushing white rectangular button. So the first thing I would do is try turning off the side lay on the AMR console. There should be a group of toggle switches on the front, behind a small door. Two of them are labeled side lay, one is L and the other R. Flip the switches down or off. That should clear the E17/E18. As for SBC, I was trying to simplify the concept of what actually controls the AMR. There is no PLC, but there is a VME rack of circuit boards. The board FST-CPU is basically a SBC or single board computer. Having said all that, if you should be able to clear the errors by turning off their respective toggle switch.
