Pqc Problem in Komori Lithrone 426

Friends having a problem on the AMR console of Komori Lithrone 426. It shows error codes E013 on the side lay display and E08 on the preset display. Can anyone help.

E013 for the side lay means that the motor driver has an error. I can't tell which side because that information is included in the first part of the error, either E17 for the operator side and E18 for the gear side. Check the motor drive or Amp for the error. E08 refers to a thermal trip or motor overload.

  • Thanks press electronics from where is the feedback from the side lay servo motor drive to the plc of the AMR. In the AMR panel one of the servo drive of the gear side is missing. Is there a potential free contact or potential output in the servo drive to plc of the AMR. Any details of the servo drive pin configuration or anything else can please made available. If problem gets solved i will definitely share.

error code E01 is shown on actual paper thickness display and sometimes e18 or e17 is shown on the display of side lay. Any one can help me out for the toggle switches operation purpose on the frond door panel of the amr

The toggle switches on the front door panel are mostly for turning on and off operation of the specified device. Normally they are in the on or up position. If however something does not work, let's say the delivery gear side jogger, you can turn the toggle switch down or off. Then you can manually move the side jogger in or out with a wrench or hand crank depending on your press. The only exception are the first two toggle switches that are used for tuning or entering parameters. Normally they are left down or in off position.

thanks presselectronics for your reply. any info abt the E01 error code shown on the actual paper thickness display. And any infromation abt servodrive of side lay connection details with plc of the amr. How to tune up the system.

Tuning is way beyond the scope of this forum. If that is required you will need Komori or their rep. Also there is no PLC in the AMR, it is controlled by a SBC. What servodrive do you have and what do you want to know about it?

Sir how to tackle the e17 or e18 error for the side lay. And the e01 error. One servodrive for the side lay is missing the gear side one. Any potential free contact from drive on any output from drive to sbc. What is sbc.

As I mentioned before, E17/18 then 013 is side lay error. E17 refers to operator side lay and E18 refers to gear side. E13 means there is a problem with it's respective servo drive. E08 usually refers to a thermal trip, overload you reset by pushing white rectangular button. So the first thing I would do is try turning off the side lay on the AMR console. There should be a group of toggle switches on the front, behind a small door. Two of them are labeled side lay, one is L and the other R. Flip the switches down or off. That should clear the E17/E18. As for SBC, I was trying to simplify the concept of what actually controls the AMR. There is no PLC, but there is a VME rack of circuit boards. The board FST-CPU is basically a SBC or single board computer. Having said all that, if you should be able to clear the errors by turning off their respective toggle switch. If not, contact Komori for a Service Tech.

What exactly are you asking for? How to clear the side lay driver error? Replace the missing driver or turn it off with the switches on the front and adjust it manually. How it is wired to the AMR CPU? Depends on the Driver and AMR. Generally the side lay driver is wired to the FST CPU. Are you trying to replace the driver with a different model? Why don't you order the original driver and simply replace it? If you want to understand how the driver talks to the AMR CPU, simply follow the wiring that goes to the operator side driver. By understanding how that driver works you can extrapolate how the missing driver communicates. I still think this discussion is beyond the scope of this forum. Unless you are very tech savvy, you need to either run it in manual or bring in a tech.

You have turned off both side lays and it still shows an error code related to the side lay? When did this all start? How long have you had this press? What type of side lay driver does it have? What type of AMR does it have? There are whole manuals dedicated to Komori AMR's. Much of that material is proprietary. If you specify the driver and AMR, as mentioned above, I will see if I cannot be more specific with the driver error wiring. But you must also understand that if the driver was removed improperly, the wiring may have damaged some of the AMR circuit boards.

  • Dear all,
I use Lithrone L-426, and it has problems. The display shows error E01, other shows E12/ E14, and ones show E11. Can you help me explain these errors and how to fix them?
    Thank you
